This soaking instrumental music for babies was inspired by a full-time baby sitter, that takes care of babies all day long! She told me that she had been using certain cuts off various soaking CDs that I had previously done and these certain cuts would help either knock the babies out (figuratively speaking - sleep) or put them as ease and rest when that are rambunctious and loud. So I said "OK", I'll put it together! So she hand-picked the cuts for the flow of the CD and then I went back in and threw in some sounds, bells and whistles.
